Terms of service.
50% of the total deposit will not be refunded for any reason. We cannot provide a refund where the customer has changed their mind about the services. We understand schedules change often with military life, if you need to reschedule due to unforeseeable circumstances you may reschedule your picnic with a 72 hour notice. The rescheduled picnic must take place within 30 days of original picnic date.
Less than a 72 hour notice of rescheduling and/or cancelation will require a forfeit in 100% of the total amount. Vendors for Florals and drinks items are often ordered and paid for in advance.
*Add ons of any kind are Non Refundable. (Ie. Extra hour, locations, florals, balloons, etc. )
*Tips are 100% non-refundable

Made it Cute Events & Parties has the right to reschedule up to 48hrs if forecast shows significant chances of rain or high winds. At that time The rain check will apply. We try our best to be as flexible as possible and keep a very close eye on weather conditions and do everything in our power to work around the weather. We want you to have a perfect and pleasant picnic experience with Made it cute Events & Parties.
By acknowledging and scheduling a picnic you are agreeing to Made It Cute Events & Parties Terms.
REfund Policy
All picnic and/or events are non-refundable. However we are happy to reschedule your reservation date (subject to availability) one time without penalty up to 72 hours before your picnic /event.
Once the picnic is set up, we cannot cancel or reschedule. If for any reason once the picnic is set up you need to cancel/reschedule, you will have 20 minutes to come claim any food or beverage items that you paid for.
