  • Wedding/ Event Planner (Contract Position)

    Overview:
    As a contracted Planner, you will design, manage, and execute full-scale wedding experiences. You’ll guide clients through the planning journey, coordinate vendors, oversee logistics, and ensure a seamless, luxury-level event day.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead clients through the planning process from concept to completion

    • Manage timelines, budgets, design boards, and vendor communication

    • Source and coordinate with trusted vendors and venues

    • Oversee logistics including layouts, rentals, staffing, and production schedules

    • Attend planning meetings, walkthroughs, and key vendor appointments

    • Provide day-of wedding leadership and team coordination

    • Ensure all wedding/ event elements reflect the client’s vision and brand experience

    • Submit progress updates and maintain detailed documentation

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of wedding/event planning experience preferred

    • Strong communication and client-facing skills

  • Overview:
    The Event Coordinator ensures smooth event execution by managing timelines, communicating with vendors, and supporting the lead planner on and before event day. This is a logistics-heavy role focused on efficiency and execution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage event-day timelines

    • Assist with vendor confirmations and coordination

    • Conduct venue walkthroughs and layout execution

    • Manage setup, breakdown, and event flow

    • Support client hospitality and guest assistance

    • Troubleshoot last-minute challenges professionally

    • Work closely with the lead planner to execute their vision

    4. Event Staff (Contract Position)

    Overview:
    Event Staff assist with setup, breakdown, and event-day operations. This role supports planners with décor placement, guest flow, vendor coordination, and basic event logistics.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with event setup including décor, tables, signage, and rentals

    • Support breakdown and cleanup tasks

    • Greet guests and provide direction as needed

    • Assist with vendor check-in and venue coordination

    • Manage simple tasks like moving items, placing décor, or monitoring event areas

    • Communicate any issues or needs to the event coordinator or lead planner

    Qualifications:

    • No prior experience required—will train the right candidates

    • Ability to lift 20–40 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods

    • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Overview

    Responsibilities

    • Provide remote administrative support including scheduling, inbox management, document prep, and research.

    • Assist with client communication, follow-up, and file management.

    • Maintain organization of backend systems (HoneyBook, CRM, project trackers, etc.).

    • Assist with basic content preparation (captions, formatting, uploading if needed).

    • Coordinate vendor follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and client status updates.

    • Maintain confidentiality with all client and company information.

    • Maintain reliable weekday availability (minimum hours defined in contract).

    • Attend check-in meetings as scheduled.

    Qualifications

    • Must have strong remote workflow and time management skills.

    • Excellent written communication and professional correspondence experience.

    • Experience with Google Workspace, CRMs, or event planning tools preferred.

    • Able to troubleshoot tasks independently and proactively.

  • Overview

    The Content Creator for Made It Cute Events & Parties LLC is responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video assets at events, styled shoots, behind-the-scenes work, brand content days, and business activities. This role helps drive the Company’s digital presence, brand storytelling, and portfolio growth.

    Responsibilities

    Content Creator duties may include:

    • Attending client events, shoots, content days, walkthroughs, and design installs to capture live content

    • Creating digital assets including:

      • Behind-the-scenes content

      • Event footage

      • Detail and décor photography

      • Short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, stories, etc.)

    • Editing content according to brand style

    • Delivering raw files + edited selections in agreed timeframes

    • Shooting vertical-format social media content

    • Capturing moments authentically while staying unobtrusive

    • Managing file organization and delivery

    • Maintaining professional behavior, discretion, and brand presentation while onsite

    • Protecting client privacy and Company intellectual property

    • Communicating shot needs, event schedules, and creative goals ahead of time

    Qualifications

    Ideal candidates should demonstrate:

    • Professional experience in content creation, photography, videography, or social media visual content

    • Ability to shoot high-quality photos and/or video in multiple lighting conditions

    • Experience editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms

    • Strong visual storytelling and clean aesthetic style

    • Ability to work independently with minimal direction

    • Reliability, timeliness, and strong communication

    • Access to professional equipment (camera or high-quality phone with stabilizer acceptable depending on event)

    • Availability for weekends, evenings, and occasional weekdays

    Contract Structure

    This role is structured as a 1099 Independent Contractor, meaning:

    • Contractor is responsible for their equipment, taxes, software, and insurance

  • Overview

    The Production Team supports the physical execution of Made It Cute Events & Parties LLC’s event designs, builds, and installations. While the Event Staff focuses on guest-facing service and day-of assistance, the Production Team works behind the scenes to bring the event look to life.

    This role is responsible for transporting event materials, managing equipment, assembling décor elements, installing large or complex design components, executing layouts accurately, troubleshooting issues onsite, and ensuring all assets are safely dismantled and returned.

    Responsibilities

    Production Team duties may include:

    • Loading and unloading Company event inventory, props, rentals, floral products, and equipment

    • Packing and organizing materials to minimize loss, damage, and transport time

    • Setting up event designs including:

      • Photo backdrops

      • Balloon installations

      • Floral displays

      • Custom builds and staging

      • Signage and tablescapes

      • Lighting and décor elements

    • Executing precise event layouts from digital plans, sketches, or instructions

    • Troubleshooting challenges onsite (weather, structural adjustments, timing issues)

    • Collaborating with designers, planners, and onsite leads

    • Ensuring event spaces remain clean and organized throughout build-out

    • Safely dismantling setups post-event and returning all items properly

    • Notifying leadership immediately of damages, shortages, or lost items

    • Upholding Company professionalism, communication standards, and discretion

    Qualifications

    Ideal candidates should have:

    • Prior experience in event production, installations, stage builds, balloon or floral design, fabrication, or trade labor

    • Ability to lift, carry, and move event equipment and décor

    • Comfort working on ladders, power tools, hands-on assembly

    • Strong communication and teamwork

    • Ability to follow installation diagrams and direction accurately

    • Commitment to quality control and visual standards
